چکیده

This paper investigates the wideband channel characteristics obtained in a classroom and hall indoor scenarios at 2-4, 9-11 27-29GHz. A virtual uniform circular array (UCA) based sounding system was utilized to capture spatial characteristics. The propagation parameters of multipath components (MPCs) were estimated by using high resolution parameter estimation (HRPE) algorithm. MPCs are further grouped into clusters via novel clustering identification algorithm on KPowerMeans comparison composite cluster-level multiple frequency bands both is investigated. Moreover, impact room environment, i.e. dimension furniture, also analyzed. statistics extracted constitute stochastic clustered model.

In-Vehicle Channel Measurement, Characterization, and Spatial Consistency Comparison of 30-11 GHz and 55-65 GHz Frequency Bands

The paper provides real-word wireless measurement data of the intra-vehicular channel for both the 3-11 GHz and the 55-65 GHz frequency band under similar conditions. By spatially averaging channel impulse response (CIR) realizations within a 10×10 grid, we obtain the power-delay profile (PDP). The data measured at 3-11 GHz and 55-65 GHz exhibit significant differences in terms of root mean squ...

Design and Fabrication of a 9–11 GHz Balanced Low Noise Amplifier Using HJFET

This paper describes the design of an X-band balanced low noise amplifier (LNA) using an available HJFET device. The balanced LNA consists of a pair of electrically similar transistors whose input and output signals are divided or combined by 3 dB two-stage Wilkinson power dividers. The proposed balanced LNA is fabricated and measured. The measured results show that the noise figure is 1.30 dB ...

Fading characteristics for indoor wireless channels at 5 GHz unlicensed bands

The paper reports on experiments undertaken at the University of Wollongong to characterise fading profiles of indoor wireless channels at the 5 GHz bands. The measurements were undertaken at different locations around the campus with results recorded for post-processing to calculate the Rician k-factor, the level crossing rate and the average fade duration.

Modeling and behavioral simulation of noise transfer characteristics of a 2 GHz phased - locked loop for frequency synthesizer

We present here an analytical phase noise model of phased-locked loop for frequency synthesizer and its simulation in GHz frequency range. The noise model has been derived and simulated considering two different filter sections in the loop of the phased-locked loop model, namely: (i) active lag-lead filter and (ii) standard feedback approach. The noise transfer functions of the phased-locked lo...
